Hello,

Let me tell you that sometimes Anal fissures may take longer to heal. You can even get the surgery done to get relief but you cannot rule out the fact that recurrence does occur after surgery, so always continue your follow up treatments.

Take sitz baths 2-3 times a day, add more fibre to your diet, take adequate water, stool-softeners(Laxatives) are helpful. You can apply Hydrocortisone cream or topical creams that have pain killers like lidocaine for relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
